ILLNESSIt seems that every single holiday season I get sick on either Thanksgiving or Xmas. Talk about annoying. Well this year was no exception. The source of the annual illness, this year, was my 1 year old nephew, Xander. I don't know which 3rd world country he picked up this virus from, but it has sent the entire family into a puking outrage. It goes like this. Xander is sick with the mystery flu the day or two preceeding Tnxgvng. His dad (my brother) get's sick the night before turkey day and misses out on the holiday festivities. Friday we all get together for madd shopping day. Adam (other brother) gets sick at lunch at Chili's and spends about 15 minutes in the bathroom (and I doubt he's washing his neck). Xander, meanwhile is still sick. Friday evening Jon and his wife take off early because Lyndsay (sister-in-law) is feeling sick. Saturday at 2:30am I am ungratefully reminded of what I had for dinner. Adam got worse. Saturday night mom gets sick and misses church!(heathen) Sunday I am still not feeling well, but I'm keeping everything down. Dad feels gross Sunday night and has to go to a funeral today (which may put him over the top).
So someone come take care of me! Actually i'm feeling a bit better. Although I hadn't eaten anything since lunch on Sunday, i just downed a piece of beef jerkey and a hot chocolate...that might not have been the best idea.
