Random Stuff

-When I was in college I went to the movies with Yo-Dan and Lyndsay Bell. We saw Blade, a comic book movie about a 1/2 human 1/2 vampire guy who's life mission is to kill other vampires. It was really cool. Since then New Line Cinema has produced two more Blade movies and as most sequels go, they get worse and worse. Well, yesterday I put my curiosity to rest and watched Blade 2 and Blade Trinity. We own them all. Movie makes always try to top themselves when it comes to action movies. But what makes a movie awesome isn't better (and less believable) gadgets, crazier stunts, and over-the-top one liners. The idea of topping the previous installment usually ends up being a bad one and therefore they evolve into bad movies (i.e. Matrix Revolutions, X3, Batman Forever and Ever). Well Blade Trinity (the third) is definately not the exception. In fact, I think everything they had going for them in the first movie was replaced by good-looking young actors with stunts and toys that are not believable even in the realm of VAMPIRES. Oh yeah and the movie stars Triple H as a supporting actor...and yes, he performs wrestling moves instead of BITING PEOPLE which would seem natural B/C HE'S A VAMPIRE!!! A VAMPIRE!!!!!!!111!!!!!11one I think Blade Trinity is the only movie about vampires in which the vampires don't actually bite people. A big disappointment considering where it came from.

-Thanksgiving was good. Props to my mom for making a great meal.

-The Xmas music has started. Heard an awesome version of God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen by the Rascal Flatts. Too bad the CD it comes on is junk...country western garbage.
