I am Jack Bower
Yesterday, after hearing the high praises about the series '24,' i popped in disc one-season one, and decided that it was time for me to start watching this tv show. Adam and John had given it such high acclaim that I couldn't not watch it. So here was the perdicament that I was in. Adam and John love this show, and they watched the first six episodes in ONE sitting. I of course was gone on a youth trip and missed this mini-marathon. By the time I got back they had completed the first two discs in two days. Since we get all our movies in the mail, it became a waiting game. Wednesday, we got disc 3 but Adam and John were too busy to crack into it. So I woke up yesterday and decided that my day off would be a good chance to get caught up. I thought i might watch a couple of episodes to see how i liked it. but the plot thickens. See, i knew that Adam and John would come home that night and be ready to watch disc 3. I couldn't skip ahead and watch it with them, so I had no choice but to watch the 8 episodes before they got home. So here was my day yesterday.

9:00 - woke up and started playing video games
10:30 - started watching 24
2:00 - went to the DMV and got my motorcycle permit renewed
3:00 - lunch and more 24
5:00 - did some recording in my room
6:00 - more 24
7:00 - john is home by now and we start disc 3
9ish - adam comes home halfway through second episode on disc 3
11:30 - i go to bed.

No joke, this tv show is that good. It took me a couple episodes to get into it, but watching 12 episodes in one day is kind of rediculous. However, you'd do it too if you had the time! Last night, my dreams were all about 24 kinds of things. I must have dreamed about spy stuff all night long. I can't wait for the rest of the series to come in the mail.
