She'll go to heaven...

What do you have to do to get to heaven? I think I've heard this topic discussed since my early days in Sunday School. Last night I was watching the True Hollywood Story about the biggest porn star in the history of...well...porn. At the very end of the segment she said that she was going to heaven because she had been a good person all her life. Then the show snapped to all of her other friends saying basically the same things - "she'll definately go to heaven because she has been a good person all her life." Of course the preacher man they interviewed said that she was living a life that has right now put her on the path to hell. Only her brother said that her going to heaven would be between her and God. Good insight. Do people really think that being a good person is why God will save you. These people are crazy! What's even weirder is that basically what they mean by being a good person isn't exactly like how Mother Theresa (sp) was a good person, but being a good person is making people around her happy and pursuing happiness herself. Or she has been a good person because she hasn't deliberately done anything to harm anyone. BUT SHE'S A PORNO STAR!!!!!!! I do not want to be judgmental at all, but this woman has made her way through life because of lust. Through temptation and lust, she has become rich off of people who are willing to pay to fulfill their lustful desires. You don't have to know much about porno to know that although it appears glamorous on the outside, it really is dirty. It is still a private thing isn't it? People still keep it stored away in shoe boxes in closets, kids still hide it under their beds, it is the type of thing that a person pursues in secrecy. That's how a lot of sin is, it is secretive. Like I said, I don't want to be condemning, but what she does is clearly something that is against God's plan for sex and against basic human morality. I can't make any calls on her eternal destiny, but it doesn't look like she's in any position (no pun intended) to make any of those calls either.
