too much testosterone?

today over lunch I sat with the 3 women (paid) ministers here at Harvester. They are cool. I asked them about issues facing women in paid leadership in churches and whether they had developed any networks with women in the same position. I guess they have a hard time with that b/c there aren't a lot of women "ministers" especially in the Christian Church. We aren't the most progressive bunch of people are we? It got me thinking about how fortunate that I am (as a male) to be able to call on a number of different people with different ages and experiences and develop that ministry network. I think it would be tough being a woman minister in a male dominated "profession." Also I think we need more women in paid ministry. (I am getting sick of making my own coffee...just kidding...put down your guns!!!)
